Talent Acquisition Lead
Job description
NexaGuard is expanding teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Operations. As Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll own our recruiting engine—building pipelines, strengthening our interview process, and delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions (GTM + technical roles).

Build sourcing strategies, outbound campaigns, and talent pools for priority roles.

Improve interview process quality: scorecards, structured interviews, feedback loops.

Partner with hiring managers on role definition, leveling, and closing strategies.

Track recruiting metrics and forecast hiring delivery.
Requirements
5+ years recruiting in SaaS/tech (in-house preferred; agency welcome with strong closing skills).
Ability to recruit across at least 2+ functions (e.g., Engineering + GTM).
Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals, communities).
Experience running structured interview processes and reducing bias.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Benefits
Salary Range: $130,000 – $210,000
