Job description

As Senior Product Designer, you’ll design the experiences that define NexaGuard—from admin dashboards to privacy centers—making compliance feel clear, trustworthy, and effortless for end users and enterprise admins.

  • Design end-to-end flows across dashboard, consent banners, privacy centers, and policy UI.

  • Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to translate complex privacy requirements into simple UX.

  • Create prototypes, run usability testing, and iterate based on research and data.

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system (components, patterns, accessibility).

  • Establish interaction standards and ensure consistency across products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product design experience with a strong portfolio (B2B SaaS preferred).

  • Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and modern design systems.

  • Strong grasp of accessibility (WCAG) and UX writing collaboration.

  • Ability to collaborate closely with PM/Engineering and handle ambiguity.

  • Bonus: experience with privacy, trust/safety, fintech, or compliance-heavy products.

    Salary Range: $160,000 – $285,000
