React/Next.js Engineer
Job description
As a React/Next.js Engineer, you’ll build the web experiences that admins and enterprises use daily—dashboards, analytics, configuration flows, and CMP admin tooling—with a focus on performance, accessibility, and reliability.

Build and maintain React/Next.js UI for NexaGuard dashboard and admin tools.

Collaborate with Design to implement polished, accessible UI components and patterns.

Optimize performance (bundle size, rendering, core web vitals) and maintain UI quality.

Integrate with APIs, event pipelines, and feature flagging/experimentation tools.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness.
Requirements
4+ years building production web apps with React; Next.js experience preferred.
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals and component architecture skills.
Experience with testing (unit/integration/E2E) and CI-friendly development.
Understanding of accessibility and UX performance considerations.
Bonus: experience with admin dashboards, B2B SaaS, or privacy tooling.

Salary Range: $130,000 – $195,000
