Privacy Compliance Director
Job description
NexaGuard is built for enterprise-grade privacy and consent operations. As Privacy Compliance Director, you’ll own our compliance programs, translate regulatory change into product and process updates, and keep us audit-ready across global markets.

Own privacy compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and related privacy obligations).

Coordinate with Product/Engineering to operationalize framework changes into platform behavior.

Lead external audit readiness and internal controls documentation.

Create and maintain compliance playbooks, training, and customer-facing guidance.

Partner with Security and Legal on risk mitigation and governance.
Requirements
8+ years experience in privacy, compliance, or regulatory programs (SaaS preferred).
Strong knowledge of privacy frameworks and operational compliance practices.
Experience supporting audits and building evidence-based controls.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent writing and policy communication skills.
Benefits
Salary Range: $185,000 – $230,000
