People Operations Manager
Job description
NexaGuard is building a high-trust, high-performance culture in the privacy and consent space. As People Operations Manager, you’ll own the systems and programs that support the full employee lifecycle—making work smoother, clearer, and more scalable as we grow.

Run onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience programs end-to-end.

Manage HR operations: policies, handbooks, HRIS workflows, and compliance processes.

Support performance cycles (goals, reviews, calibration) and manager enablement.

Partner with leaders on org design, role leveling, and compensation processes.

Maintain confidential employee relations processes with strong documentation and care.
Requirements
5+ years in People Ops/HR Operations in a scaling SaaS or tech environment.
Experience with HRIS tools, documentation, and process design.
Working knowledge of US HR compliance basics (benefits, leave policies, employment practices).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
Comfortable building structure in a fast-moving environment.
Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 – $155,000
