Growth Marketing Manager
Job description
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll drive measurable pipeline growth for NexaGuard—running experiments across paid acquisition, lifecycle, and conversion optimization while maintaining high standards for enterprise credibility and trust.

Own growth experiments across paid search, paid social, retargeting, and landing page optimization.

Build performance reporting and insights (CAC, funnel conversion, attribution, pipeline impact).

Partner with Content to scale high-performing campaigns and offers.

Collaborate with Sales on ABM and target-account programs.

Improve lead quality and conversion through systematic iteration and testing.
Requirements
5+ years growth/demand gen experience in B2B SaaS.
Strong performance marketing skills (campaign setup, optimization, measurement).
Proficiency in analytics and attribution concepts; comfort with dashboards and reporting.
Clear communication and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Bonus: experience marketing compliance, security, or enterprise platform products.
Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 – $190,000
