Director of Product Management
Job description
NexaGuard’s CMP helps enterprises manage consent, privacy preferences, and compliance at global scale. As Director of Product Management, you’ll lead the product portfolio—balancing customer outcomes, regulatory requirements, platform reliability, and go-to-market priorities.

Own the CMP product roadmap across web, SDKs, and enterprise features.

Lead product strategy, discovery, and prioritization with measurable outcomes.

Partner with Compliance to translate frameworks (GDPR/CCPA/TCF/Google requirements) into product capabilities.

Collaborate with Engineering/Design to ship high-quality releases on schedule.

Define product metrics and success criteria (adoption, retention, conversion, performance).
Requirements
8+ years in Product Management with 3+ years leading PMs or product areas.
Experience in SaaS platforms, B2B products, or compliance/security-adjacent domains.
Strong ability to define strategy, align stakeholders, and execute roadmaps.
Clear written communication (PRDs, decision memos, GTM briefs).
Comfort working with technical architecture and data-driven prioritization.
