NexaGuard is an enterprise-grade SaaS Consent Management Platform (CMP) that helps global organizations operationalize privacy, consent, and digital trust. As Director of Business Operations, you’ll build the operating rhythm that keeps our teams aligned, measurable, and execution-focused.

  • Own company-wide operating cadence (OKRs, QBRs, weekly exec reviews) and ensure follow-through.

  • Build executive dashboards (KPIs for Product, Revenue, Operations, Compliance) and decision memos.

  • Lead cross-functional programs (launch readiness, scale initiatives, tooling/process improvements).

  • Standardize planning, resourcing, and performance reporting across divisions.

  • Partner with C-Suite to drive strategic priorities into measurable execution plans.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Chief of Staff, or Consulting (SaaS preferred).

  • Strong analytical ability (metrics design, KPI ownership, Excel/Sheets, BI literacy).

  • Track record of running cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent executive communication (written narratives, meeting leadership, stakeholder management).

  • Experience improving processes across distributed teams
