Customer Success Manager
Job description
As Customer Success Manager, you’ll ensure NexaGuard customers launch successfully, adopt key CMP features, and expand over time. You’ll be a trusted partner to privacy, marketing, and engineering stakeholders at enterprise accounts.

Own post-sale customer relationship and adoption outcomes for a book of business.

Run onboarding success plans, QBRs, health checks, and renewal/expansion strategy.

Translate customer goals into product configurations and best practices.

Partner with Support and Product on escalations, feedback loops, and roadmap insights.

Track customer health metrics and drive measurable improvements in retention.
Requirements
4+ years customer success/account management in B2B SaaS (enterprise preferred).
Strong consultative communication and project coordination skills.
Comfort working with technical integrations and multi-stakeholder accounts.
Experience driving renewals and expansion in a metrics-driven environment.
Bonus: experience in privacy, compliance, security, or ad-tech ecosystems.
