Billing & Revenue Ops Manager
Job description
As Billing & Revenue Ops Manager, you’ll own the financial operations that keep NexaGuard’s SaaS engine healthy—subscription billing workflows, invoicing, renewals support, and revenue reporting processes.

Own subscription billing operations: invoicing, proration, renewals support, and collections workflows.

Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal structures and billing requirements.

Maintain clean revenue operations reporting (MRR/ARR, churn, expansions, billing accuracy).

Improve billing processes, controls, and documentation for audit readiness.

Support pricing and packaging changes with operational readiness plans.
Requirements
5+ years in billing operations, revenue operations, finance ops, or SaaS monetization roles.
Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts (MRR/ARR, proration, renewals).
Excellent operational rigor: documentation, process control, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort with dashboards/metrics.
Bonus: experience working with SaaS billing platforms and CRM integrations.
Benefits
Salary Range: $125,000 – $170,000
